JJ has 40 years defense industry experience, with the last 32 at Hughes/Raytheon, developing wide band array antennas for radars, EW, and communication systems. Dr. Lee was responsible for various technology programs for DARPA, DoD and Tri-Services. He led advanced projects for Next Generation Jammer, IED detection radar, Foliage Penetration (FOPEN) SAR, Millimeter wave landing aid antenna, and UAV low band system. He has 80 publications in various technical journals, 40 US patents, and contributed to three books on antenna theory and design. JJ received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering and applied physics from Case Western Reserve University. He did post doctoral research at Cornell University. Dr. Lee is a Life Fellow of IEEE.
