Qualifications

High Power Engineer
Design power distribution system, DC/DC conversion

Design systems with high DC power (10s of kilowatts)
Qualifications
Power distribution experience
Energy storage system (capacitive/inductive) design experience
Design for high peak power loads (multiple kw)
Exposure to systems with high peak power and low average power
Expertise with power systems for phased array design
DC/DC and AC/DC conversion
Experience Interfacing to Power systems including 208 Volt+

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience working in the government agency, defense and/or military realm
Minimum 5 years’ experience within capture management and/or business development
End-to-end understanding of how products move from drawing room to PoR (Programs of Record) within the Pentagon and other agencies
Deep and broad contacts across the full chain of custody (program managers, warfighters, acquisition folks, staffers, etc.) within the relevant agencies such as DARPA, DIU, AFC, AFWERX, SOFWERX, etc.
Experience growing and managing small teams, preferably across multiple locations
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including strong writing and negotiating ability
Technical acumen, capable of evangelizing product specs without reliance on engineering leadership
Collaborative, with a proven ability to obtain consensus across all levels of an organization
Experience working independently; proactive; a strong self-starter
Must be able to travel domestically as required
Bachelor’s degree in related field (Engineering a plus)
Must be a US Citizen as the finalist will be required to obtain a US Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance
